A True DIY.
upl8 formed many years ago at University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Samuel D. Bijou and Jacob Techmeier started writing music and then reached out to me to write with them. This music was all created and performed by ourselves in our respected cities after graduating from college. Sam and Jacob wrote the lyrics, I wrote the drum parts and some progressions. Everything was recorded either in bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, or drum booths while on tour. Jacob mixed and mastered everything at his own home.
